SQUARE PEG! ROUND HOLE!

I can't go into details, but when one week they declare it's a life and death emergency*, and then they take 2 weeks before grudgingly agree to deploying (my) fully QA tested and approved fixes. You have to wonder what truly defines an emergency. Oh well, maybe it was less of of an emergency than previously described.

*a.k.a. losing customers
